FIRST EQUITY BUSINESS CARD complaint

This is not a credit card. It's a scam of some kind, with absolutely no regard for customers. None. Avoid at all costs. Cancel cards. First Equity Bank is a nightmare. I had a $12,000 available credit line, unused for over a year, always pay bills on time, etc. I planned to use some of this credit line for long-planned business expense and called to check on interest rate. When I tried to use my card the next day, charge was denied. Corporate Office had cancelled all available credit at 8:30 PM the previous night, with no reason and no notice. When I called to ask, had a hard time and long wait for a supervisor (more than 10 minutes), who then told me that I would receive a letter in 7-10 days explaining this action. When I complained that this was action for no reason and that I was planning to use card for business purposes, she said that I would receive a letter in 7-10 days. Her name is Seena. Her station # is 7655. She gave me no explanation, but only repeated her single line to me 5 or 6 times.

This bank ***...mostly every month they will increase the APR. AVOID this card. NO GOOD. Never used the card, still they tried increase the APR. I closed the account right away.

First Equity is a company that is to be avoided at any cost.

They are morally dishonest and border on using illegal and highly deceptive practices.

I will do anything and everything in my power to prevent anyone from ever being a customer of this sleazy company. If you receive and invitation to apply for a credit card from this company, first call them up and tell them to never contact you again and them burn the letter before it infects your business.

These are despicable people in every respect
